The Apollo Language Enabler allows you to easily enable and disable language in DotNetNuke(r) 5.1.4 and newer.
The reason for this module is the somewhat bad usability of the DNN 5 interface that lets you enable and disable portal languages. You can put this module somewhere in your portal (preferrably in the admin menu though), and have your admins enable and disable portal languages at will.
